Managing Editor, Refuge, Canada’s Periodical on Refugees

The Centre for Refugee Studies (CRS) is seeking a graduate student, York doctoral student preferred, interested in a part-time (5 hours per week) position as Managing Editor for Refuge commencing February 1, 2012.

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record, superior writing, editing and organizational skills and a demonstrated interest and experience (academic or work-related) in issues of refugees and forced migration. Web page management and French language ability are considered assets.

The Summer Course on Refugee and Forced Migration Issues is an internationally acclaimed eight-day course for academic and field-based practitioners working in the area of forced migration.
