The New Scholars Network Needs Your Help! The New Scholars Network is part of
the Refugee Research Network, dedicated to students, practitioners, and
policy makers in junior positions working in the field of forced migration
and refugee studies. The scope of the NSN is international. As a volunteer
you will be part of a team whose initial activities include but are not
limited to developing the terms of reference for the steering committee and
election process, holding election for the first steering committee,
publishing a peer reviewed e-journal and building links with Refugee Centers
worldwide. The time commitment is 2 to 5 hours per week. Most of the work
will be done via Internet and e-mail. We encourage application from
international students! If you are interested in being part of the team,
please let us know by November 25, 2009. For more information, please contact
Sara at cuneoss@yorku.ca. Regards, NSN Team
