ICVA is seeking to engage a consultant (or group of consultants) to carry out a desk review of the various NGO coordination mechanisms that have been put in place in recent years and to develop lessons learned of what has and has not worked in these different mechanisms. Based on these lessons learned, a short, easy-to-use checklist or similar product should be developed for NGO coordination mechanisms.
