I think the most effective to help refugees acquire English communicative skills is by encouraging the community to come up with classes for English. At least to meet the ever increasing needs for English Language, but I ask, What can be done to encourage this? Where will the resources come from? How much money can a refugee teacher charge such as to ensure the teacher get some income and buy some stationaries for learners. Can the communities in the Kenyan refugee camps shoulder this?
