Position Title: Associate Director Pre-Arrival,

Salary: $65,000
Status: Exempt; Non-Bargaining Unit

Primary Purpose:
The Associate Director-Pre-Arrival manages the pre-arrival component of refugee placement and resettlement for CWS. This is a creative position which will require a high degree of flexibility and in-depth knowledge of the local circumstances surrounding refugee placement in the US. This position will be the focal point on the issues of placement capacity for CWS. The incumbent will supervise all CWS refugee case processing staff.
