UNHCR's Policy Development and Evaluation Service wishes to engage an experienced consultant or consultancy team to undertake a study on the costs incurred by refugee-hosting states in the developing world. The consultancy will entail (a) the development of a methodology for an assessment of the costs incurred by refugee-hosting states, and (b) the application of that methodology to a selected case study. Preference will be given to individuals or teams from developing countries.
